Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village
Client – Autotainment Ventures

Enertia Consulting Group | Kuni Lexus of Greenwood VillageEnertia performed the site-civil design and coordinated the entitlement process for a 75,000 s.f. luxury automobile dealership in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This redevelopment project, located on a 6.2 acre parcel that was formerly occupied by two hotels and a restaurant, also included demolition of existing structures and streetscape improvements. In addition to completing the site-civil design for the project, Enertia also prepared demolition plans, a storm water management plan and coordinated dry utility relocation. Enertia Consulting Group | Green GablesEnertia is the civil engineer on the Green Gables project in Jefferson County, Colorado. Northeast Sand Wash Basin Oil & Gas Development
Client – Entek GRB, LLC

Enertia Consulting Group | Northeast Sand Wash BasinEnertia provides civil design, permitting and compliance document preparation support to Entek at its Focus Ranch and Slater Dome fields in northwest Colorado and southern Wyoming. To assist Entek with its well location development program, Enertia has assisted with federal, state and local permitting, storm water management control implementation and maintenance, facilities permitting and environmental compliance.  Read more…

Bluestone Gas Processing Facility and Maple Grove Gas Metering Station
Client – Keystone Midstream Services, LLC

Enertia provided site-civil design and permitting services to Keystone Midstream and Kahuna Ventures for a natural gas processing facility and metering station in western Pennsylvania. Enertia prepared site grading and drainage design plans for the projects and assisted with the local permitting process.

Kiowa-Bennett Road Improvements
Client – Elbert County Public Works Department

Enertia Consulting Group | Kiowa-Bennett Road ImprovementsKiowa-Bennett Road is classified as a major arterial and is designated as the only north-south evacuation route north of State Highway 86 in Elbert County. Due to this designation, a high accident rate, increasing maintenance costs and the fact that the northernmost 3.8 miles of the road was not paved, roadway improvements were warranted. To assist Elbert County with this significant road improvement project, Enertia helped prepare a grant application, completed the engineering design and administered the construction of this regionally significant project.  Read more…

NMFPD Waterline Extension
Client – North Metro Fire Protection District

In 2009, the North Metro Fire Protection District (NMFPD) completed construction of a nationally recognized fire safety and training campus in the northeast corner of the City and County of Broomfield. The Project involved extending the Broomfield municipal water system from Huron Street/State Highway 7 (west of I-25) to the training campus located on County Road 4 (east of I-25).  Read more…
